Returns and Eligibility

Because each replica is custom-made for a specific individual, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. If you notice a clerical error or a manufacturing defect caused by our team, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, we only grant replacements for items that arrive physically damaged or contain mistakes made by our production staff.

Quality Assurance and Accuracy

Because the customer provides the initial details, we hold the buyer responsible for the correctness of names, dates, and institutions. Refunds and Credits

Once we approve a refund for a verified defective item, the credit returns to your original payment method. However, we do not issue refunds for “change of mind” or for errors present in the original customer data submission. Because we invest significant time and premium materials into every bespoke image, we treat each purchase as a final sale. Consequently, any approved credit applies only to the cost of the item and excludes original shipping fees.
